What is Lifestyle Change?
Throughout this process we want you to consider your lifestyle change coach as the ultimate resource for anything and everything affecting your wellness. We are prepared to offer the guidance you need in all of the following areas:

- Injury prevention/recovery
- Chronic pain prevention/recovery
- Stress management
- Sustainable nutrition
- Safely exploring new diets or nutrition regimens
- Improving sleep quality and habits
- Time management strategies
When most of us think about our fitness and wellness goals they fall into one of 2 categories.
A fitness goal, this looks like something very concrete with a deadline. Goals like losing 10lbs in 6 weeks. These goals are short-term and often not really intended to result in a change that sticks, like losing weight for a wedding or other formal event.
Then there's lifestyle goals, these goals are more broad, they don't come with a strict deadline, but rather focus on a process. For example, wanting to live a healthier life, reduce stress, learn to adopt healthier habits, feel better, feel stronger. All of those goals are lifestyle goals. Does that mean you can't do both? absolutely not! In fact we typically encourage those with fitness goals to adopt a lifestyle change mindset to reach that goal if they want the progress they make to last the rest of their lives.
This coaching package is intended for those with lifestyle goals or those with fitness goals who want the results to last.
What to Expect...
Before your program begins you'll go through a virtual movement screen as well as a 1 hour call with your coach to discuss your goals, needs and obstacles.
These initial assessments allow us to develop a workout program that is uniquely designed not just for your goals but for your body and natural movements. This ensures that your program is both safe and effective.
There is nothing templated or automated about this program. You'll work directly with your coach to overcome your unique obstacles and adopt new habits. During your weekly video coaching calls, we'll discuss everything in your wellness routine including your successes and areas for improvement, check form as needed and establish new habits in the areas of fitness, nutrition, stress management, and sleep hygiene (to name a few).

Clients who sign a 12month agreement have the option to switch to a month-to month plan at the end of their term and keep their 12month rate for life!
